Working in the corporate world, our Founder James experienced what it was like to put work first before self care. This is why he has devoted his career to helping others take care of their health and well being.
James and his team of skincare professionals have extensive experience in healthcare, anti-aging skincare, wellness, and medical aesthetics. The staff at MODA Aesthetic & Wellness Center has the knowledge, expertise, and hands-on experience to help you achieve your optimal skin health.

James brings more than 20 years of experience in Healthcare Operations and Business Administration to MODA. James has played an integral role in launching and building the MODA brand in the San Francisco Bay Area. His strong business acumen has contributed to MODA's overall success, and since 2014 MODA has continued to be the market leader in the skincare industry under James’ leadership.
James has assembled a team of the finest skincare professionals at MODA Millbrae, including Licensed Estheticians, Registered Aesthetic Nurses, Medical Director, and Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. His vision is to bring a variety of advanced, innovative, specialty anti-aging, aesthetics services to the local community in a relaxing, eco-friendly environment.

Oscar was born and raised in San Francisco, California. He has an extensive background in Healthcare Marketing and Operations. Oscar is passionate about aesthetics and wellness, and is excited to be a member of the MODA team overseeing the Millbrae location.

Nurse Judy is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Born and raised in Los Angeles of Japanese and Russian heritage, Nurse Judy brings two decades of experience in aesthetics and dermatology to enrich our practice.
Nurse Judy is recognized as an industry expert in the Bay Area, having trained both physicians and nurses in injectable techniques and advanced aesthetics treatments across the US and the UK. Her approach to patient care is centered on personalization, ensuring that she addresses each individual’s unique needs so they can achieve their desired results.
Nurse Judy stays current on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, which empowers her to offer innovative treatments with confidence. Her unwavering dedication to excellence and patient satisfaction creates a welcoming environment for her patients.

Nurse Practitioner, Aesthetics
Nurse Practitioner Grace is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care, with undergraduate and graduate training from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to her NP role at MODA, Grace works at Stanford Health Center, where she focuses on delivering timely, comprehensive, and personalized care.
Grace has a passion for Aesthetic Medicine from injectables to energy-based treatments. Every patient receives a personalized medical treatment plan that prioritize safety, effectiveness, and long-term skin health. Grace builds gradually, strategically, and intentionally to achieve your desired results.

Dr. Arman T. Serebrakian is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and Marin native specializing in conditions of the hand, wrist, and upper extremity, as well as taking care of patients with reconstructive and plastic surgery needs encompassing the entire body.
Dr. Serebrakian's comprehensive and impressive training includes the prestigious top-ranked Harvard Plastic Surgery Residency Program as well as a dedicated fellowship at UCLA in hand, upper extremity, and microsurgery.
